What is the Canadian Dental Care Plan?

The Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) is a federal government program that provides dental coverage to eligible Canadians who do not have access to private dental insurance. The plan was designed to make dental care affordable for millions of Canadians who have been going without.

At Milton Family Dental, we participate in the CDCP and direct bill the program on your behalf. You come in, receive treatment, and we handle the claim. There is no paperwork for you to file and no reimbursement process to wait through.

If your household income is under $70,000 and you qualify, your covered dental treatments may cost you absolutely nothing — the government pays 100%.
